ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor / Sr. Beauty Advisor to join our new KIMIRICA EBO at Vista Square, Gurugram. The role will be responsible for creating a warm and premium customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending the right KIMIRICA products, and driving store sales and targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome customers and create a warm, personalised in-store experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare, bath & body, fragrance and gifting products
- Explain product features, benefits, usage and fragrances confidently
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and offers
- Maintain store presentation, grooming and visual merchandising standards
- Support billing, stock management and day-to-day store operations
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth overall shopping experience

BEAUTY ADVISOR – ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of daily sales and store targets
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Guide and support Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and customer handling
- Help maintain service, grooming and store standards
- Support overall store performance and customer experience

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Good grooming and a confident, presentable personality
- Customer-first approach with a passion for premium/luxury retail
- Target-oriented and proactive
- Valuable understanding of skincare, beauty, cosmetics, fragrance or lifestyle products
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, premium or luxury retail will be preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant retail experience
- Candidates from Gurugram / Delhi NCR will be preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
