Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support HR functions while working closely with business and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment and workforce planning.
- Partner with managers on employee performance and engagement.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and retention.
- Drive performance management and HR initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in HR/HRBP roles.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.




- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
