We are seeking a reliable Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for running moulding machines, inspecting parts for defects, loading raw resins, and ensuring smooth production runs. Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Equipment: Set up and run hydraulic, electric, or hybrid plastic injection moulding machines according to production schedules.
- Material Preparation: Load hoppers with plastic resins, colorants, and re-grind; ensure materials are properly dried prior to processing.
- Quality Inspection: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on finished parts (checking for flash, sink marks, short shots, or warping) using calipers and micrometers.
- Part Finishing: Trim sprues, remove flash, degate, and package finished goods according to customer specifications.
- Basic Maintenance: Keep moulds and equipment clean, assist with basic troubleshooting, clear jams,



and report machinery faults to maintenance technicians.
- Reporting & Safety: Track production counts, log scrap rates, keep work area organized (5S), and strictly follow safety and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years of experience operating injection moulding machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training.
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints/work instructions and use basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges).
- Physical Ability: Able to stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Traits: Strong attention to detail, reliability, valuable communication, and a team-first mindset.
