Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.




- Coordinate with the technical team to draft proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
- Experience in proposal writing, follow-ups, and client communication.
