Job Summary

We are looking for a Quick Commerce professional to manage and grow Mintree’s business across leading platforms such as Blinkit & Zepto. The role will be responsible for driving online sales, managing product listings and inventory, executing promotions, analysing platform performance, coordinating with marketplace partners, and identifying opportunities to improve sales, visibility, profitability, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow business across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, orders, visibility, and market share across quick-commerce channels.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle on platforms, including product listing, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory, and availability.




- Coordinate with platform account managers and category teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure optimum inventory availability and fill rates across dark stores/fulfilment centres.
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, discounts, offers, and visibility campaigns.
- Analyse platform data and prepare MIS and performance reports for management.
- Work on new product launches and onboarding of recent SKUs across quick-commerce platforms.
- Support the development of the overall Quick Commerce and E-Commerce growth strategy for Mintree.
- Explore and onboard new quick-commerce platforms and digital sales channels as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, Nyka, Myntra etc.
- Strong understanding of quick-commerce business models and marketplace operations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, D2C, or Lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
