Job Description / Responsibilities
- Study and compare drawings with “Valuable for Construction” drawings in line with the specification and BOQ.
- Determine the material quantity from the drawing provided.
- Ensure efficiency in site supervision and site measurement.
- Maintain quality of work at the worksite.
- Prepare site billing and certification.
- Obtain quotations for the specified materials from manufacturers and compare them to select the best option that aligns with project requirements.
- Follow up with consultants regarding drawing coordination.
- Prepare and monitor the monthly, weekly, and daily work programme according to site requirements.
- Control and maintain the site workforce, materials, and cost throughout the project duration.
- Follow up for the delivery of materials as per the delivery schedule.
