- Smooth Two -wheeler Service Center operations.
- Assuring Daily Weekly Monthly targets are met
- Ensure breakdown calls are attended on time.
- Ensure service revenue targets are achieved.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Improve turn around time for service.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the workshop, including scheduling, work allocation, and quality control.
- Ensures adherence to Service guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitors technician performance and provides feedback and training.
- Diagnoses complex technical issues and provides guidance to technicians
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
