About the Role

Eve Biosciences is looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage daily business operations, order processing, inventory, dispatch, customer support, and coordination activities.

The role will also involve coordination with Eve Biosciences, a sister company of SJ Sangath, wherever required for business and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, order processing, stock, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory and operational records.
- Coordinate with customers, courier/logistics partners, vendors, and agencies.




- Handle basic customer queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist with basic accounts, billing, documentation, and MIS.
- Track orders, deliveries, and pending activities.
- Maintain data in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ensure timely updates.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp.
- Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
