Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Should be able to handle accounts of USA.
- Should be able to handle accounts of USA.
- Communicate with person in USA office for daily work.
- Complete the task within the provided timeline.
- Maintain current and accurate files and record date any actions and detailed file notes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of Account of USA Must.
- 1+ years of accounting experience with small / medium businesses
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements and tax return preparation
- Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred
- Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 years relevant US Accounts Experience
- Solid Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- US Accounting Knowledge
- Comfortable with Night shifts
