Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with customers over the phone.

Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in telecalling, customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain our products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
- Handle customer questions professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Build good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with daily targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Bengali will be an advantage.
