1. Site ExecutionExecute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedule and quality standards.2. RCC & Structural WorkSupervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, columns, beams, slabs, core walls and other RCC activities.3. Masonry & FinishingMonitor blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and other finishing activities.4. Drawing & Technical ComplianceEnsure work is executed as per latest approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.5. Quality ControlConduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards and project requirements.6. Contractor ManagementCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors and labour teams and monitor their daily productivity.7. Project ScheduleComplete assigned activities within planned timelines and immediately highlight delays or site constraints.8. Material ManagementCheck material requirements, coordinate with Stores/Purchase and ensure proper utilization and minimum wastage.9. Quantity & MeasurementVerify work quantities, measurements,



contractor bills and executed work as per site conditions.10. Safety ComplianceEnsure workers follow PPE, work-at-height, scaffolding and other site safety requirements.11. MEP CoordinationCoordinate civil works with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC and other MEP activities to avoid clashes.12. Site InspectionConduct daily inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification of quality and execution issues.13. DocumentationMaintain DPR, checklists, inspection records, concrete reports, material records and other project documentation.14. Consultant CoordinationCoordinate with Project Manager, Architect, Structural Consultant and other consultants for technical clarifications and approvals.15. Handover & SnaggingIdentify and close snags, ensure quality of completed work and support timely handover of floors/units.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
