We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic Zumba Instructor to conduct engaging group fitness sessions and create a fun, motivating, and high-energy workout environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

Zumba & Group Fitness

- Conduct energetic and engaging Zumba classes for members.
- Create a fun, positive, and motivating workout environment.
- Demonstrate Zumba movements and routines clearly and effectively.
- Ensure members participate actively and enjoy the sessions.
- Modify movements based on members’ fitness levels and physical abilities.
- Maintain proper exercise techniques and ensure member safety during sessions.
- Encourage members and build strong engagement during group classes.

Member Engagement

- Interact positively with members and motivate them to attend classes regularly.
- Build a friendly and welcoming atmosphere during every session.
- Understand members’ fitness needs and provide suitable guidance.
- Collect member feedback and work towards improving class experience.

Fitness & Team Collaboration





- Coordinate with fitness trainers and club management to support overall member fitness goals.
- Participate in fitness activities, events, and promotional programs conducted by the club.
- Maintain regular attendance and class records.

Requirements

- Certified Zumba Instructor / Zumba training certification preferred.
- Previous experience conducting Zumba or group fitness classes is preferred.
- Strong communication and member-handling skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of basic fitness and exercise safety.
- Passion for fitness, dance, and women's wellness.
- Ability to create an engaging and positive group-class environment.
