* Job Requirements / Responsibilities

- Research and develop new Ayurvedic, herbal, skincare, beauty, cosmetic and healthcare products.
- Develop, optimize and standardize product formulations, creams, lotions, serums, oils, gels, face & hair care products, wellness and healthcare formulations.
- Research and evaluate herbs, botanicals, active ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, raw materials and innovative technologies.
- Conduct laboratory trials, formulation development, pilot batches and product performance testing.
- Improve existing products for quality, safety, stability, efficacy, texture, fragrance, taste and overall performance.
- Develop innovative products based on market trends, customer requirements and emerging beauty and healthcare needs.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for trials, scale-up,



validation and commercialization.
- Maintain complete formulation, trial, batch, specifications, testing and R&D; documentation.
- Support new product launches, packaging requirements, product claims and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with Ayurvedic, cosmetic, healthcare, regulatory requirements, market trends and new product technologies.
- Identify opportunities for new ingredients, natural actives and innovative product concepts to strengthen the company’s product portfolio.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
