Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging site visits, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and generate new prospects through calls, networking and references.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and other property-related information.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for lead generation and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property sales / residential sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Bangalore.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market will be an advantage.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
