OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – DRIVER MANAGEMENT

Qualification: Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Driver Management / Fleet Operations

Salary: Based on Experience & Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily operations, driver coordination, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Allocate and monitor manpower and vehicles for optimum utilization.
- Track vehicle usage, trip schedules, driver attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company/client policies, traffic laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain trip sheets, operational reports, and system updates.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity and operational efficiency.




- Handle driver-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong customer service and client coordination.
- Implement operational best practices in line with company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 1 year of Driver Management / Fleet Operations experience.
- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting preferred.
- Candidates with Logistics / Transportation / Fleet Management experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
