About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to ensuring successful hires, with a particular focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source qualified candidates using various platforms (e.g., Naukri, Foundit).
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and interns.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and engagement.
- Ensure timely candidate placement within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment Management Information System (MIS) reports.




- Continuously identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven ability in stakeholder management.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A robust, target-oriented approach to recruitment.

Qualifications:

- A graduate degree is required.
- An MBA in HR is preferred.

Interview Process:

The interview process consists of three rounds: a sourcing test and two discussion rounds.

Work From Office at Kudlu Gate in Bangalore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
