Social Media Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our Affiliate Marketing and Creator Outreach initiatives. The primary responsibility will be to research potential creators and affiliates, conduct outreach, manage follow-ups, and assist in building a strong affiliate network. The intern will also support basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant content creators, influencers, bloggers, and potential affiliate partners.
- Find creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms based on defined criteria.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of potential creators and affiliate partners.
- Reach out to creators and potential affiliates through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
- Introduce affiliate and collaboration opportunities to potential partners.
- Follow up with creators and affiliates to encourage responses and partnerships.
- Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners.
- Share campaign information, promotional material, affiliate links, and other required details with partners.
- Coordinate with creators and affiliates regarding campaigns, content, and deliverables.
- Track outreach, responses, partnerships, leads,



and conversions in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Identify high-potential creators and recommend them for collaboration.
- Assist in researching competitor affiliate programs and creator partnerships.
- Support affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Assist with basic social media activities such as content scheduling, engagement, and trend research.
- Prepare basic reports on creator outreach and affiliate campaign performance.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with reaching out to people through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
- Robust research and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is an advantage.
- Prior experience in creator outreach, affiliate marketing, or social media is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
