We’re looking for a Podcast & Digital Media Manager to join our team.

Your role will include:

Podcast Management

- Identify and invite relevant guests
- Coordinate with guests and manage podcast schedules
- Handle end-to-end podcast coordination
- Develop ideas for new episodes

Social Media Growth

- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Create strategies for higher reach and engagement
- Repurpose podcast content into reels, shorts & posts

YouTube Growth

- Manage our YouTube channel
- Improve views, subscribers and engagement
- Work on content strategy, titles, thumbnails & distribution
- Build a long-term growth strategy for the podcast

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, creative and obsessed with growth.

Pay: ₹9,748.95 - ₹16,524.44 per month
