Mario Industries Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer and marketer of the Mario brand - adhesive tapes, glue guns/sticks, hot melt adhesives, cable ties, spray paints, power tools, blades, scissors, and household/hygiene products. Robust offline market presence, expanding into online channels like Amazon and Blinkit.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and drive brand strategy across both online and offline channels - covering digital/e-commerce marketing as well as trade marketing, dealer activation, and offline brand-building. Reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build annual/quarterly marketing plans and own brand positioning across online & offline channels

- Drive offline/trade marketing: dealer & distributor branding, in-shop displays, POP/POS material, trade fairs and exhibitions, channel promotion schemes and dealer incentive programs

- Manage digital marketing: social media, website content, paid campaigns,



and coordinate with the e-commerce/Amazon team on content and promotions

- Plan go-to-market strategy for new product launches

- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy

- Manage marketing vendors and budget for best ROI

- Report marketing performance to leadership

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of marketing experience with exposure to BOTH offline/trade marketing and digital marketing

- FMCG/hardware/industrial products background preferred

- Strong understanding of branding, trade promotions, and product launches

- Good communication, vendor coordination, and project management skills

- Willing to travel for trade events/market visits

- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business Administration (MBA preferred)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (work from office)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
