We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and experienced Store Manager to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations
- Lead, train & motivate the team
- Maintain food quality, hygiene & brand standards
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, stock & wastage
- Monitor sales, cash handling & daily reports
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Handle customer feedback and operational issues
- Ensure smooth opening & closing of the outlet

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B;
- Strong leadership & communication skills




- Valuable knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Customer-focused and well organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends & holidays when required
