Job Summary

The Physician Assistant supports physicians in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and follow-up of patients. The role involves providing clinical assistance, coordinating patient care, maintaining medical records, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and patient-safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Take patient history and record vital signs and relevant clinical information.
- Assist physicians with patient assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform clinical procedures within the scope of training and hospital authorization.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and promptly report changes or deterioration to the treating physician.
- Assist with emergency care and basic life-support procedures as required.
- Assist physicians during minor procedures and clinical interventions.
- Collect and review laboratory and diagnostic investigation reports.




- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
- Prepare clinical notes, discharge summaries, referral documentation, and other medical records as required.
- Coordinate consultations, investigations, admissions, transfers, and follow-up appointments.
- Educate patients and relatives regarding medications, treatment plans, investigations, and follow-up care under physician guidance.
- Ensure compliance with infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with nurses, laboratory staff, radiology, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement activities, and hospital training programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
