A Restaurant Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that a Restaurant equipment and systems run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include:

- Maintenance planning: Overseeing maintenance and repair activities, including preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and facility renovations
- Equipment management: Supervising the condition of equipment and ensuring it's maintained and upgraded as needed
- Budget management: Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring it's in line with safety and legal regulations
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff
- Reporting: Creating reports on budgets, safety inspections, and production statistics
- Safety: Ensuring health and safety policies are followed
- Quality: Developing and maintaining quality standards
- Teamwork: Working with other departments and ensuring effective communication

A restaurant maintenance manager should have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well with a variety of people. They should also be able to remain calm and focused under pressure, and be able to anticipate and overcome obstacles.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
