- Supervise service staff such as captains, stewards, and waiters during a shift.
- Handle guests directly, including taking orders, resolving service issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate restaurant operations with the kitchen, bar, front office, and other departments.
- Brief the team before the shift about reservations, VIP guests, special events, menu changes, and daily targets.
- Check food and beverage service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and table setup.
- Manage sections/tables and distribute duties among service staff.
- Handle billing and cash procedures, depending on the hotel's system and policies.
- Train and guide junior staff on service standards and hotel procedures.
- Support the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in running the outlet.
- Deal with guest complaints and escalate serious issues to management.
- During banquets, help coordinate large functions, including setup, service, and closing procedures.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
