- Documentation & Follow up of Customs Procedure
- Shipments followup and update with Clients
- Booking Procedure with Carriers and Truckers
- Should depict exceptional skills in coordination with field Operations staff, Customers, and Communication with Shipping Lines.
- Arrangement of Deliveries and followup with clients and operations team
- Responsible for Reviewing all Documents.
- Assists in the day-to-day Operations for Imports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met.
- Responsible for Informing Management of the Progress and Requirements of the Department.
- Responsible for Customer Service internally, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments.
- Required 3 to 5 years of Experience.
