Job Description – Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities of the hotel.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work.

- Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily duties.

- Monitor and maintain maintenance records and service schedules.

- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.

- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

- Assist in maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance.

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

- Ability to supervise and coordinate a maintenance team.

- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

- Responsible, proactive, and willing to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
