Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical technical training to students and professionals.
- Develop and deliver course content, presentations, assignments, and projects.
- Explain technical concepts clearly using real-world examples.
- Conduct hands-on exercises, coding sessions, and project-based learning.
- Help students understand industry best practices and development methodologies.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide guidance for interview preparation and technical assessments.
- Stay updated with current industry trends,



tools, and technologies.
- Customize training based on student skill levels and course requirements.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in one or more relevant technologies.
- Previous experience as a Software Trainer, Technical Instructor, Developer, Engineer, Consultant, or Mentor is preferred.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Practical/project experience in the relevant technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong industry experience.
