Position: Head Chef
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall kitchen operations and daily food production.
- Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff effectively.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Control food costs, wastage, and kitchen expenses.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy operations.
- Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and guest satisfaction.
