Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Parents Relationship & Admissions Officer to manage parent enquiries, admissions, counselling, follow-ups, and parent relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents throughout the admission journey, from the initial enquiry to final admission. The role requires excellent communication, counselling, relationship management, follow-up, and lead conversion skills.

The ideal candidate should be parent-friendly, confident, organised, professional, and comfortable communicating through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesParent Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing parents.
- Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with parents.
- Understand parent requirements and provide appropriate guidance based on their child's educational needs.
- Handle parent queries, concerns, and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with parents throughout the admission process.
- Collect and analyse parent feedback to improve the overall parent experience.

Admissions & Counselling

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website enquiries, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, admission process, programmes, activities, and policies.
- Counsel parents and explain suitable academic options based on their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested parents until the enquiry is successfully closed.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling admission discussions.

Lead Management & Follow-up

- Maintain and regularly update admission enquiry and lead records.
- Track leads throughout the complete admission funnel:
- Enquiry → Follow-up → School Visit → Application → Documentation → Fee Payment → Admission
- Ensure no qualified enquiry is missed or left without follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of new enquiries, contacted leads, interested parents, pending cases, applications,



and confirmed admissions.
- Monitor follow-up status and ensure timely communication with prospective parents.School Visit & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, counselling sessions, and parent meetings.
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, academic teams, administration, accounts, and management.
- Arrange interactions between parents and the relevant academic team whenever required.
- Ensure prospective parents receive a smooth and professional experience during school visits.

Admission Campaigns & Events

- Support the planning and execution of admission campaigns, Open Houses, parent engagement programmes, orientations, counselling sessions, and school events.
- Assist the admissions team in generating and managing leads from offline and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of campaign-generated enquiries.
- Support activities aimed at increasing admission enquiries, parent engagement, and admission conversions.

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily and weekly admission reports.
- Track and report:
- Total enquiries
- Calls and follow-ups
- Interested parents
- School visits
- Applications
- Pending cases
- Admission conversions
- Confirmed admissions
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student and parent information.
- Ensure all admission-related data and records are updated accurately and on time.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle parent queries and grievances professionally.

- Ability to work with multiple teams and handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM or lead management systems.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, phone, and digital communication platforms.
- Professional, patient, confident, and approachable personality.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in school admissions, educational counselling, parent relationship management, telecalling, customer relationship management, sales, or education counselling will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in schools, colleges, educational institutions, ed-tech, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
