Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
- Design and deliver training programs that are aligned with company objectives and employee career development.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training meets specific team needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees to integrate them into the company culture and processes.




- Provide coaching and support to team leaders in developing their team's skills.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in instructional design and development of training content.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and adult learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a training or development role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) will be an advantage.
