We are seeking an experienced and responsible Pharmacist with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate must hold a valid pharmacist registration and be willing to work in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dispensing, medication management, inventory control, and patient counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions.
- Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate dosage and medication safety.
- Provide patients with proper guidance regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy transactions.
- Monitor inventory, expiry dates, and stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per applicable standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
- Perform duties effectively during rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per the duty roster.
Qualifications & Requirements
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Pharmacist.
- Good knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Good patient-handling and counseling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of pharmacy inventory and billing procedures.
- Skilled and responsible approach to patient care.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
