The AGM leads onsite and offsite construction workflows, ensuring public infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and up to rigid quality and safety specifications.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in government building projects. Prior experience in similar field -CPWD, NBCC, Orissa PWD, WAPCOS etc.

Responsibilities:

- Mentor onsite project managers, civil engineers, and supervisors to maintain high accountability and productivity.
- Coordinate smoothly with government departments, public works consultants, nodal agencies, and local municipal authorities.
- Oversee daily construction activities, structural works, and finishing work according to government blueprints and technical specifications.
- Review tenders,



and process billing or measurements per government protocol.

Salary: 50,000-1,20,000/ month
