Responsibility

- Brand Management: sample and input planning; develop designs for promotional inputs (VA, LBL, product literature); ensure timely dispatch of promotional inputs and physician samples; prepare launch brand plans; prepare market share presentations; brief and coordinate with agencies on VA/LBL; form and monitor promotional strategies (MPPL & RSE); telephonic follow-ups on strategies and reporting (RSE & MPPL); rack display execution and follow-up (RSE).- Support to Sales Team: coordinate promotional strategy implementation with sales; monitor depot-wise stock of products and spot gifts (MPPL & RSE); persuasion with RRWS; conduct cycle meetings (RSE & MPPL); update achievement vs target and incentive schemes to individual field force (F/F) (MPPL & RSE); prepare field visit reports; arrange and monitor retailer gift schemes (MPPL & RSE).- Market Research: conduct market surveys; gather competitor information; analyze Rx survey reports from external agencies.- Portfolio Management: track brand-wise target vs achievement; perform sales trend analysis; analyze competitor information; monitor ongoing activities (MPPL & RSE).

MBA in Marketing (B.
