Jr. HRBP

At Curefoods, we’re building a portfolio of loved food brands, and our people make it happen. We’re looking for a Jr. HRBP who is passionate about people, business and creating a great work experience.

What you’ll do

Partner with business leaders to understand people needs and provide practical HR solutions

Support the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to growth and retention

Be a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR policies, processes and people matters

Partner on performance management, talent development and engagement initiatives

Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions

Drive a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture in your business cluster

What we’re looking for

1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role (FMCG, retail, hospitality or food tech preferred)





Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations

Good communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Empathy, integrity and a people-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
