Langma International is expanding its academic and training team and is seeking a highly proficient, articulate, and professionally driven English Language Trainer to join our organisation.

We are looking for an educator who can combine linguistic expertise, effective pedagogy, and exceptional communication skills to deliver an engaging and outcome-oriented learning experience.

POSITION: English Language Trainer
LOCATION: South Extension, Recent Delhi
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in English language training/teaching preferred
JOINING: Immediate Joiners Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver structured and engaging English language training sessions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with learners' proficiency levels.
- Strengthen learners' speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation competencies.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive, personalised feedback.
- Design interactive learning activities to enhance confidence, fluency, and practical communication abilities.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain appropriate academic and training records.
- Contribute towards maintaining high academic and instructional standards across the organisation.

- Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
