Job description

We are looking for an energetic Pre-Sales & Tele-Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective B2B and B2C customers, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into qualified site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C customers.

· Explain Manju Groups' real estate projects, offerings, pricing and USPs to customers.

· Generate, qualify and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

· Coordinate with the Sales Team and schedule site visits, meetings and client discussions.

· Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

· Develop B2B leads through brokers, channel partners, corporates, investors and other business networks.

· Achieve assigned daily/monthly call, lead generation, site visit and conversion targets.

· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

Requirements

· 14 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or Real Estate Sales.





· Experience handling both B2B and B2C customers will be preferred.

· Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented with strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.

· Real estate experience is preferred; freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
