Position: Farm Manager

Qualification: 12th / Graduation
Experience: 5–8 years in Poultry Farm Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall poultry farm operations and daily activities.
- Monitor bird health, growth, feed, water, medication, and mortality.
- Ensure proper farm hygiene, biosecurity, and vaccination practices.
- Manage farm workers and allocate daily duties.
- Maintain records of feed consumption, production, mortality, and bird performance.
- Coordinate with the Veterinary and Technical teams for bird health and disease control.
- Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
- Monitor farm expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare daily/weekly farm reports and update management on farm performance.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Poultry Farm Operations, especially broiler/layer farming.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
