Role Overview
We are looking for Junior Lawyer with 1+ year experience in real estate laws to handle RERA compliance, Agreements, and Litigation support.

Key Responsibilites :

1. RERA & Compliance
- Draft and file RERA registrations , quarterly updates and extension applications.
2. Drafting & Documentation :
- Draft agreement for sales, Allotment letters , Possession letter, MOUs, JDAs.
- Prepare legal notice and replies for delayed possession / consumer cases.
3. Litigation Support :
- Assist seniors in RERA, consumer court and civil court matters.
- Maintain case diary, brief counsel coordinate for hearing.
- Research case laws on RERA, MOFA transfer to property Act, Contract Act.
4. Client Coordination
- Address legal queries from home buyer and channel partners.
- Explain complex clauses in straightforward language to non legal terms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
