Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or medical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead and manage the business development team to drive performance and results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral partners, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy




- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align business goals
- Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or service-based industries is an advantage
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership capabilities
