About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing suitable overseas education programs and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
- Handle leads through calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and counseling records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the application and admission teams for smooth processing.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, education,



or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
- Freshers with robust communication and a passion for sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
