We are hiring for the role of Logistic Coordinator for a blended inbound calling process. Freshers looking to start their career in logistics/customer support and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Salary: 30K CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and coordination activities
- Manage shipment/logistics-related queries and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Maintain call records and process-related documentation
- Ensure professional communication with clients/customers

Shift & Working Details:

- Rotational shifts with monthly rotations
- We follow the UK bank holiday calendar
- 3 months probation period
- During probation: 6 days working
- After probation: 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a blended process environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
