- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices (MFDs).
- Diagnose and repair printer hardware issues, including print quality, paper jams, toner, fuser, drum, and other component-related problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and timely replacement of printer parts and consumables.
- Install and configure network printers and ensure proper connectivity across LAN/Wi-Fi environments.
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including IP configuration, connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, and printer sharing.
- Configure and manage Windows-based printing environments, drivers, print queues, and shared printers.
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
- Maintain records of printer assets,



service activities, repairs, spare parts, and consumables.
- Monitor printer performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist users with printer installation, configuration, and day-to-day technical support.
- Follow IT security procedures and maintain confidentiality of company data and network information.
