The Role
We are hiring for two distinct tracks—Social Media Interns and Commission/Salary-Based Specialists. Your primary objective is to manage, curate, and rapidly grow our social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, FaceBook, etc.) while building a powerful network for our brand. You will have the creative freedom to experiment, engage with our audience, and build viral campaigns and partnerships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Influencer & Brand Outreach: Identify, pitch, and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and complementary brands to expand our reach and drive strategic partnerships.
- Content Creation: Design, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content tailored to specific social platforms.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement rates.
- Account Management: Schedule posts, monitor daily activities, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and messages, and interact with other accounts to build community presence.
- Trend Spotting:



Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and memes, quickly adapting them to fit our brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Who We Are Looking For

- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific cultures.
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the confidence to pitch and negotiate with creators and external brands.
- Creative skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined to work efficiently in a versatile, remote environment.
- For Specialists: Proven track record of growing social media accounts, executing successful campaigns, or managing influencer partnerships.
- For Interns: Eagerness to learn, experiment, and build a strong portfolio in both content creation and digital PR.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
