Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Artist Relations Executive to manage artist sourcing, onboarding, project coordination, communication, and long-term relationships. The role involves working closely with artists and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable artists based on project requirements.
- Screen artists, review portfolios, and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Coordinate artist agreements, contracts, renewals, and closures.
- Discuss rates, terms, deliverables, and timelines with artists.
- Maintain accurate artist databases, records, and documentation.
- Assign projects to artists and coordinate project requirements.
- Follow up with artists to ensure timely completion and delivery.




- Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with artists.
- Handle artist queries, concerns, and operational issues.
- Monitor artist performance, reliability, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate changes or updates to artist agreements when required.
- Escalate major commercial, contractual, or policy-related matters to management.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artists and projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Previous experience in artist management, recruitment, HR, operations, vendor management, or relationship management is preferred.

Qualification: MBA Preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
