Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality of automotive components by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

- 01 to 02 year Experience Must Machine Shop
- Knowledge of drawing study and interpretation.
- Proficient in handling measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify defects.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of iron casting processes
- Experience in incoming and final inspection.
- Knowledge of NC parts handling.
- Ability to comply with departmental procedures.




- Willingness to learn inspection processes.
- Reporting to - Manufacturing Quality head

Required Skills

- Knowledge of automotive component manufacturing.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Root Cause Analysis and CAPA knowledge.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
