About Us

Nico Digital is a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through SEO, AI Search Optimisation (AEO/GEO), Content Marketing, Digital PR and Performance Marketing.

We're looking for a strategic SEO leader to head our Organic Growth division.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop the SEO team.
- Own SEO strategy and delivery across client accounts.
- Ensure timely project execution and operational excellence.
- Handle client escalations and drive client retention.
- Join discovery calls and client pitches as the SEO expert, presenting strategies and solutions with confidence.
- This role does not involve business development or sales targets. Your responsibility is to strengthen pitches with your SEO expertise and help build client confidence.
- Improve SOPs, workflows and team productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and AI Search trends.

Requirements





- 8+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Content Strategy and Link Building.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush and Looker Studio.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing presentation skills.
- Fluency in spoken English and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
