- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based contact center platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively.
