We're looking for a creative Video Editor to join our growing digital marketing team in Ahmedabad.

- The primary responsibility of this position will be to edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- You will work on content for different brands and businesses, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of content styles and industries.
- The role is primarily focused on video editing, with scope to work on YouTube videos, promotional content and other creative projects. Graphic Design and other creative skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Turn raw footage into polished, engaging and platform-friendly content
- Add cuts, transitions, subtitles, text, music, sound effects and other elements as required
- Select and arrange footage to create good pacing and storytelling
- Repurpose longer videos into Shorts, Reels and other short-form content
- Perform basic colour correction and audio adjustments
- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Make revisions based on feedback and client requirements
- Organise project files and deliver completed videos within deadlines
- Stay aware of current social media video formats, trends and editing styles
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and engagement of content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with a solid portfolio.
- Work Experience: 1 year – 3 years of relevant video editing experience will be an advantage.




- Video Editing: Good working knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Short-form Content: Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media video formats.
- Creative Skills: Good sense of pacing, visual composition, music and storytelling.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, originality, openness to feedback, attention to detail, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Portfolio: Should have an appealing portfolio or examples of Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos or other edited work.

Additional Skills – Advantage

The following skills are not mandatory but will be an advantage:

- Graphic Design
- Motion Graphics
- YouTube Thumbnail Design
- Understanding of social media marketing and content creation

System / Equipment

Candidates who have access to their own capable computer/laptop suitable for video editing will have an advantage, particularly during the initial period.
