Anodizing Foreman / Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Production Planning – Plan and execute daily anodizing production as per schedule and customer requirements.
- Manpower Management – Allocate operators to cleaning, etching, anodizing, dyeing and sealing operations.
- Process Control – Monitor bath chemistry, temperature, voltage, current density, time and agitation.
- Chemical Management – Ensure correct chemical concentration, bath make-up, filtration and chemical handling.
- Quality Control – Ensure coating thickness, appearance, colour, adhesion and sealing quality meet specifications.
- Equipment Monitoring – Monitor rectifiers, tanks, heaters, chillers, pumps, exhaust systems and DI-water systems.
- Racking & Loading – Ensure proper racking, electrical contact, part orientation, spacing and load distribution.
- Safety & EHS – Enforce PPE,



chemical handling, ventilation, spill-control and emergency procedures.
- Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve defects such as burning, uneven colour, poor coating thickness, staining and poor sealing.
- KPI & Continuous Improvement – Monitor FPY, rejection, rework, productivity, chemical consumption and downtime; implement 5S and process improvements.

- Anodizing supervisor: 4 years (Required)
