Senior ArchitectJob Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architect with 3–5+ years of experience in architecture and interior projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
- Handle architectural design, space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and interior detailing.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare drawings based on site conditions.
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and project-related documents using Excel.
- Coordinate with clients, junior architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure proper execution as per design and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Assist in presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Guide and support junior architects and design team members when required.





Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Arch.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in Architecture / Interior Projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
- PF + ESI.
