The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with decision-makers, and a robust interest in B2B sales, IT services, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients and prospects.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs and requirements.
- Introduce Aqlix IT Solutions' IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Engage with business owners, founders, directors, and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, databases, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product/service discussions for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Understand prospect pain points and communicate relevant solutions effectively.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.




- Continuously improve calling scripts, objection handling, and conversion techniques.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Cold Calling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Prior experience selling IT services, SaaS, software, digital solutions, or technology products is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
